Digital Mozart
In collaboration with the Music Museum in Copenhagen, we looked at how can service design help revitalise a museum experience. Throughout the design process we reimagined how young students learn through play about the history of sound and music.
Green Service Transformation
Is Nordhavn really a sustainable district? In collaboration with Vida Local and the Åben Festival, we explored in a service design project what would happen if we transformed city rooftops into lush vegetable gardens - designing a service that would allow residents to have access to green produce.
Future Travellers
A service design project that explores how the scenario planning methodology can yield future personas, instead of future scenarios. Examining megatrends and ValueTrends can help organisations envision customers of the future and design resilient services that last.
